It takes a lot for me to leave 1 star. If you ever want to see a group of people who hate their job though, stop by this store.... I walked in to place a larger order for our office and I expected to wait, I was not expecting to not be acknowledged and tohear a large amount of disgruntled employee banter. It Took a minute and someone had to point at me for someone to take myorder. The receipt printer didn?t work and you would have thought I personally offended one of the employees asking for it. Thelady who ended up helping told her coworker ?I?m not doing that for you all day??. The machine malfunctioned? it was a weirdthing to say as if she purposely didn?t print the receipt. The store itself ?looks nice? but when you start looking closer itkept getting more gross. Then of course there is the 83 sanitation rating that I didn?t see until after I ordered. Theemployees were also complaining about the GM when an employee who was obviously sick came in the front door. I?m thankful thatshe was not in the back prepping food at the time. Placed an order online scheduled for pickup at 12:32 pm. Arrived around 12:35 pm and they had not even started making it. They... were out of coleslaw completely. I had ordered a 20 piece meal and they didn?t have enough chicken to put it together. They werealso not helpful in cancelling the order and had no advice to help us. Gut bombs. We arrived in town later in the evening during a road trip and Bojangles was open and near our hotel. We're from the... "North" and saw them all over in the Carolina's so we thought we'd give it a try. Biscuits A+. Sides of Mac and Cheese andcoleslaw B and 8 piece chicken &D. It was warm but probably been in the warmer or something too long. Very very greasy withoutmuch flavor. So greasy I couldn't open the packets of honey. Like squeezing a wet bar of soap. Just one bad or experience orthat's their version of fried chicken. I'd be open to trying it again but unlikely given all the fast casual alternatives. Read more
Can't get anyone to respond at the drive through. Worst health code rating in the city. Employees have attitudes.
The chicken was great. The mash potatoes I got was good, would of been better if I had the gravy that went with it. They was... out of soda and come slaw. I will skip this store and look for another next time. Read more
Unbelievable. Left my one job with just a little time to spare before my second job, had not eaten all day, stopped into drive... through at this location to get some food. The person said ?hold on one moment please?, I said fine. Two minutes go by, and thenthey say ?you gotta come in to order? So I figure; I still have ten minutes, the 2nd job is only 3 minutes away so it couldstill work. Me and one other person were waiting to order, and no one even acknowledged us. The workers shuffled around, slowlygetting another customer?s order completed. Several minutes go by, of course I didn?t want to jump in front of the other personbut they hadn?t even started to acknowledge us. I tried to get someone?s attention, saying ?I need to be clocked in at work in 6minutes?? and they didn?t even acknowledge. At that point, I couldn?t wait any longer or be late, so I had to leave and work mysecond shift of the day on an empty stomach. Customer service was not professional, no cups, no sauces, and food was cold even though the worker tried to tell me everything... was fresh. Asked for fresh fries three times and still ended up with old ones. The chicken was undercooked and not seasoned.Will not go back. Read more
