I just want to give a shout out to this Bojangles location. Tonight on Monday, November 14, 2022 there are only 2 employees... working at this location. They are working hard. Any employee who stays and works under these conditions deserves a raise. The location has a B sanitation rating but with only 2 employees working how are they expected to maintain a A rating just with2 employees working? So Bojangles recognize these two young men. I came to this location to order something quick. However. what I arrived. There was confusion with a previous order; therefore,... I decided to order on the app. After making my order, I was advised that they no longer make salads. But the salads are listedon the menu and on the app. However. I cannot get a refund due to c operate is closed and I have to wait. The way this economyis heading, it is sad to.have your funds held hostage due to not having the advertised items. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru lane this morning. I would have left but once you're in the lane there's no path to exit... until you arrive at the speaker to place your order. I waited this long so I might as well place an order, right? It took anadditional 10 mins just to get the order! No sense of urgency at this location and no consideration for a person's wait timeand wasted gas. I don't think they care. Maybe staffing issues impacted service but when you know your customers aren't beingserviced within a reasonable amount of time you should at least acknowledge it and offer an apology hoping the customer willgive you another chance and doesn't give your establishment a negative review on Google. I have never been to this bangles that something did not go wrong. You would thing I would learn my lesson, but my granddaughter... wanted to go. We made a bet that something would go wrong. We sat and waited on our food for 30 minutes while 6 people in linegot their food and left while many in line left. I finally went to check on our food and the lady manager had not seen theorder. While I stood waiting on our food for 5 minutes she kept fixing orders for the drive through. When I did get my order Iask if I could get legs instead of the wings. She said I could not. I ask if she could just give me 2 legs since I waited 30minutes. She said no they did not do that. Most of the time a manager will compensate for the 30 minutes or try to make itright. Most of the time I have been there they are out of every thing we want it you get to the window just for them to tell youthey can't wait on us at all because they are short on staff. That has happened twice after sitting in a line for 30 minutes. Oryou get home all your order is all messed up. The lady manager could have been a little more nicer. The biscuits were more or less the standard Bojangles quality. But the coffee here tasted like rancid and rotten persimmons or... something. It was not fit for human consumption. I drink Bojangles coffee often and while the quality can vary, other locationshave good or passable coffee sometimes. This spot it was just horrible and sour and underextracted. Read more
