I ordered 2pc and 3pc dinners and requested fresh meals. Server said it would be about 10 minutes for orders. When orders were... ready, I took my orders and I asked if biscuits were hot. After 10 minutes I got home and opened our meals only to discover thatboth chicken & biscuits were cold AND hard ! I'm mad so I called restaurant only to get their fax machine blaring then busy at9:30p, 30 minutes before closing time. I want my refund of $16.03 for wasted meals. Read more
08/28/2022 visit. What exactly is it with the employees at this location,with the take what we gave you attitudes?... I ordered... the #12 at the drive thru with an extra piece of dark meat.. I had to repeat my order 4 times to the associate until she got itright.. I get to the window and ask the young man to repeat my order and again! No extra piece of dark meat.. I had to repeat tohim twice the correct order and so I thought they finally had it right.. NOPE!... They were going to send me out of there withthe incorrect order and their excuse was,we'll we didn't have the extra piece of dark meat.. SO,MY POINT IS THIS!.. no matterwhat the customer orders,it's perfectly OK to send them away with the wrong order in which I did mention... One otherproblem!.. Is Bojangles serving pigeons instead of chicken?, I've never in my life seen pieces that small for what they'recharging... I'm extremely angry and disappointed in Bojangles food quality And the sheer ignorance of itsemployees... Bojangles!... We pay you to eat at your establishment,not the other way around and we as customers deserve #1 Goodquality food & #2 Excellent customer service, in which I never receive at your establishment...Unfortunate for you,I don'tsupport stupidity or the ignorance that I receive and i will never return to this store or any Bojangles locations,since youcare so little about customer satisfaction and I sincerely hope you go out of business.. Service was fine, but I opened my 3 piece combo and realized it was more like a 1.5- 2?
I went yesterday and the chicken pieces were small, it looked like chicken was fried in old grease, and the cashier didn't hand... my debit card back to me correctly and it fell in some yucky stuff on the ground. She didn't say sorry or nothing, didn't offerme sanitizer or extra napkins...nothing. Here lately it's customer service has been bad and food not as great as it use to be. Read more
I haven't graced this particular BoJs in a while. I swear to you that this will be the last. This is definitely a "hood"... Bojangle's. I was told that my order would be out to me in 7 minutes. After 12 minutes I go in. Order still not ready. I assumethat it was the manager that states " oh shoot, are those Supremes down?" Then was told another 3 minutes. Which once they wereup, I had to wait on fries. Upon walking out, an older customer that brought her food back asked me were my Supremes done andthat she had to bring hers back. She said "if they weren't back there playing." I can agree because I heard a lot of cursing.I'll stick to Peter's Creek. This whole vibe was off. I worked at a Bojangle's in HS, and it was not like it is today. At thislocation there were no hats nor hair nets, employees in sweat pants, and the guy that I assume was the manager had sagging pantswith a towel hanging out of his pocket. Read more

Raw french fries ????? Halfway down street look in my bag gonna eat a hot seasoned french fry...raw potatoes no seasoning. you... would think that customer service would be important but Bojangles refuse to have good customer service no matter where yougo????the scores are a true reflection of what type of food y'all serve. Please take a look at Chick-fil-A's customer servicestyle...they are serious about taking care of their customers and they are making moves. Store is ran by idiots to say it like it is tbh. Waiting an hour for a mobile order simply bc none of the employees knew how to... work the tablet or search for orders on the register. Truly tragic.
