Food gets 10 stars! Service gets zero, absolutely hateful. Seemed as the lady did not want to be at work. I simply asked for a... few condiments considering I ordered 2 meals and paid $20 for it and only got 1 ketchup and 1 honey. I asked politely for moreand got sighs, eye rolls, attitude and a closed window! I waited and a young man opened the window and stated...you got the lasthoney, your good and gave me a thumbs up and closed the window! Read more

Some of the best fast food biscuits you can find. If you are up early, this place is for you considering they open at 5AM (and... close at 2 PM). While I understand why they do it, my biggest gripe is that if you get there at noon or later, chances are youwill be getting biscuits that are several hours old. You can easily tell a difference in the quality/texture. I suggest orderinganything that doesn't involve biscuits after 12. Another let down is the price (One of the reasons I rarely eat out anymore). Istopped in just the other day and got 2 Bacon, Egg & Cheese biscuits and the total was just under 10$...A "BEC" biscuit shouldnot be almost 5$. Read more

The staff are very friendly. They get the food out fast & hot. My only complaint is the food runner is also making the food &... running it tonthe customer. That should be a job for 2 people. I do understand staff shortage but there should be a better waythan having that person cross contaminated the food with the each order. Read more

I started eating at Biscuitville about 3 weeks ago after eating Bojangles 5 days a week for 10 years. Biscuitville is priced... better on the meal I personally eat. The biscuits are comparable in taste, they are slightly smaller. The tea is consistent ateach visit as well as the quality of food. I usually get the grilled chicken and as I stated before the consistency of how thechicken is cooked is better than Bojangles. I side my breakfast with grits. The grits here are served in a larger portion theother place. I stopped Bojangles because they stopped serving the breakfast staple of grits. I am now glad they did. The foodhere is just as good, is cooked more consistently in a larger portion on some items for less money. Read more

Oh how I love this place!!! Anytime we?re traveling around Winston and see these start popping up, i HAVE to go! Some of the... best breakfast biscuits you?ll find. My all time favorite is the Spicy chicken and honey biscuit and home fries.???????????? Thefirst time I visited a Biscuitville they actually had a seasonal fried bologna biscuit that was amazing as well! I hope to seethat return! The peach lemonade is absolutely the best speciality drink I?ve ever had from a fast-food place, it even has chunksof real peach and is so refreshing!!! My baby daddy said the berry hand pie was phenomenal, and our son loves the pancakes withturkey sausage. This particular location has quick, efficient service, always hot, fresh food, and the employees are alwayskind!! We appreciate the kindness very much!!! We?ll be returning again soon, but never soon enough! Read more

Decided to try this place after seeing the long lines and hearing about the fresh made in house biscuits. It was decent, I got... the ultimate bacon and a peach lemonade. The egg could have been fresher and the cheese wasn?t melted. The biscuit wasn?t dry.The lemonade was good but a little syrup sweet. Overall not bad if you need a quick meal before work. Read more
