We grabbed a quick lunch through the drive thru. The service was friendly, fast, and roast beef was sliced thin. Very good!
This location is awful. After the cashier rang my order up wrong and over charging me the manager tells me there?s nothing they... can do about. Then she says she?ll have to ring the order up that I wanted and I would have to pay for that separately and thatshe would refund the original amount. She then proceeds to tell me that she has to ring the order the same way the cashier didto issue a refund. Well, she rings the order up wrong and my refund is now short by almost $3. I told her that it was wrong andshe says that she?ll have to refund for another item. It was still wrong and when I told her about she closed the window andwalked away. My boss and I went threw the drive thru. I ordered the double roast beef sandwich and she got the roast beef and cheddar... sandwich. We left I got my sandwich out and it was a regular roast beef sandwich. Thank God she was the driver or I would havewent back and told them they gave me the wrong sandwich. Read more
Well what can I say I love their two for $6 gyros. They always taste good and this time I tried it with I think it was roast... beef and it tasted really good and the staff is always nice so I always get a good deal here and I like the curly fries. So intoday's expensive food market I really think this is a good bargain so I gave them five stars Read more
Ordered and paid online. Went to pick it up and they were closed! No sign on the door or anything. And this was a Saturday at... 4pm. Their website has the hours listed as 10am-11pm. Do better people!!! Read more
All rude staff, except one guy who actually bothered to help me. Ordered online, went to pick up food. Lobby was closed so I... went thru drive thru, I was completely unaware that you need to give last name to pick it up. Instead of asking nicely or calmlyexplaining that to me, I was instead met with rude attitudes and hostility. Completely unprofessional women who work there. agentlemen was kind enough to ask me the last name and give me my food in a calm, nice and professional manner. He is the onlyreason there are 3 stars. This Arby?s, located off Stratford Rd, has the original sign from the 70?s, a perfect spot for an old school picture. It is a... fairly large restaurant with a big parking lot. Staff is pretty quick & friendly. Known mostly for their Roast Beef, Ipersonally do not care for it. The Beef Brisket sandwich on the other hand is flavorful and fulfilling. Decent serving of meatwith fried onions and a tangy sauce that brings it all together. Their bread is better than what most fast food places use. Theaccompanying curly fries are also different from your normal fries. Self serve some Arby?s Sauce & Horseradish sauce and you areall set. Side of mozzarella cheese sticks to top it off.
