Staff accommodated my request to have their deluxe burger on marble rye instead of the bun and it was a great sandwich. Only one... issue with my visit was the sticky floor and seating had food crumbs in it. Otherwise a perfect Arby's meal as always. Read more

I work there for 2 days I was disgusted, So I quit the job, I was not happy: SLIPPERY FLOORS, SOAPY WATER EVERYWHERE, THEY... DIDN'T TAKE THE TRASH OUT, THEY DIDN'T MOP, VERY LATE NIGHTS, MEAT SLICER IS EXTREMELY HEAVY, but I liked the manager and staff,very helpful and friendly, thanks again for the opportunity to work there... So today I made an online order through the app for my coworkers and myself. I get back to the office to realize that they... forgot a few items that we ordered. I called the store to let them know and to see if one of us could come pick up the missingfood and the gentleman that answered the phone was very rude. He tried telling me that I was lying about the missing food andthat it wasn?t his problem that the food wasn?t there. He then told me to call doordash if my order was wrong even though Ididn?t order from doordash. I asked if I could talk to someone else or another manager because he didnt want to hear me out andall we wanted was to come by and get our food that we paid for. Very disappointed. Read more

I visited on Tuesday, June 7 at 9:15 pm and had an extremely pleasant experience. The store employee, Abel, was patient and... friendly when taking my order. He clarified the specifics of my order and then repeated everything back to me for each meal toensure he heard everything correctly. When I got to the window, Abel was extremely pleasant and we had a great conversationabout his excellent customer service as well as the importance of it. He was very sympathetic to an extremely unpleasantrestaurant experience I?d previously had and we just all-around had an amazing talk about our experiences working in customerservice and food service as I waited for my order. Abel TRULY deserves a raise and/or promotion. He deserves some kind ofcompensation and recognition for his excellent work and energy/aura. I?d go back to this location for a meal solely based on myexperience with your store employee. Not to mention, the food was good and correct as I?d ordered it, thanks to Abel clarifyingwhat I wanted.
