The costumer service was not good. The lady on the headset did not know how to take a proper order and disrespectful. When asked... if she took the order she lied and said she didn?t when she was the only one with the headset. Read more

Food was OK. Hubby really liked his 5pc dark meat special for $6.99 , but my 5pc tenders special for $6.99 was VERY dry... (overcooked) Biscuits were an extra charge and were not the best ... We were tired and hungry, and took the order "to go" backto the hotel. It filled the hole, but not a whole lot more than that for me. Read more

Horrible service. Lobby doors were locked (5:45 pm) so we had to get in line for the drive thru. The lady taking window orders... was extremely rude. We waited 35 minutes for our order outside with no place to park. Then when we finally received our order,it was not what we asked for. Read more
