Drive through is Always Extremely slow. Service was nice, but seemed unhygienic with large neklaces and dangling cloth... bracelets... we were given the wrong order, then our freeze was almost all root beer. Only place in Winona with blended floats,if not for that, I would never go again. Rudy's in LaCrosse is 10× better. The fish basket was great. We had to make lots of adjustments to our order due to a picky eater and they got everything correct,... unlike a couple other fast food chains in town. Very friendly service too. Read more
We hadn't eaten in for quite some time, and were exciting to do so today. My 10 year old daughter and I were the only ones in... the lobby. The crew was listening to loud music with explicit lyrics. Very inappropriate. Food was great though. Read more
Hours list open till 9pm every day and was confirmed by business 4 days ago. Drove there with my daughter and family of 5 in the... car and pushed button at 8:15pm. After waiting for 10 minutes, one of us finally went to the door and knocked where 4 teenagerssaid they closed at 8pm. Either hours need to be updated online or staff need to be briefed on how late they are working. Read more

I came thru drive thru and ordered to chili cheese corney dogs and I got them home and they were only chili dogs. This is the... second time in 3 weeks that they got my order wrong on them. It makes me not want to come back. I love your guys food but whenthey get my free food wrong the second time in that many weeks. I said it clear enough. Read more
The food was great and fresh. As someone who's loved root beer floats finally getting to try A&W root beer float was an absolute... 10/10. Couldn't recommend it more. Bacon cheese burger has generous amount of cheese and wasn't cheap on the bacon. Great sizedsandwich which fits easily in mouth and fresh fries. Better then any McDonald's or other fast food chains. Awesome fast food joint! My coworkers and I hadn't had an A&W rootbeer float in a really long time, so we stopped in for dinner.... Our bacon cheeseburgers were awesome!! Crispy salty bacon, fresh tomatoes and lettuce, on a nicely seasoned 1/3lb all beefpatty covered with melted american cheese. They were served with a side of delicious crispy fries. The rootbeer float was stillthe star of the meal though. It was soo good! Read more
