This place is very disappointing. Frozen store type patties, chicken wings that are just bland. 20 tv's during the play offs and... just the main one on with zero volume and some sad soft music playing. Cold hard seating and everything has a cheap gritty lookand feel. Save your money and just BBQ your own stuff. Read more

Ordered wings here for pick up. Did the triple deal and ordered 3 different types of wings - one would think you'd put them in 3... separate containers. They placed the salt & pepper with the gar-par. I don't enjoy the gar-par but do enjoy the salt & pepperso was a little disappointed to see them in the same container. I know the gar-par soaks in the wings as well but the boyfriendsaid you couldn't really taste the gar-par like normal. As well for 3 pounds of wings we got 4 sticks of Celery & 4 carrotsticks - usually get more than that when ordering 3 pounds. Ordered 5 pounds of wings. THEY RAN OUT OF BREADED WINGS. I had to get 3 pounds breaded and and 2 boneless. I wanted spicy and... ordered some spicy ones 2 4's and a 5 (5 is the hottest). Expected to have an experience. They were not spicy. The wings allkind of tasted the same but are a very large size. A wing place should not run out of wings. The best part of this place werethe staff. They were extremely friendly. Even when I called, they gave me extra attention in ordering and when I picked up theywere great. Disgusting experience. Waited 90 minutes today to get up and leave. No order should take 90 minutes for 3 people, especially to... deep fry. It was quiet when we arrived and became increasingly busy. We saw people seated after us who ate before us! Saveyourself the disappointment and time.... take your business elsewhere! The Regent experience sucked too. You know you have agreasy owner when they can?t even reply their poor reviews. 5 stars way down!! Read more
