So these "people" that have mass bought all the wendys in town, not only is their chilli a dollar more than anywhere else in... Canada, but now they no longer give you crackers. Seriously cutting costs on crackers. How cheap can these "people" get. Umbelievable. Ever since these "people" have started buying all the restaurants i notice cost goes up and service goes down. I went through the drive through at this Wendy's this evening because I was in a hurry and needed something to eat. I ordered... the chicken strip mean for just over $12.00 taxes in. The fries were lukewarm at best and there were not very many, and therewere 3 of the tiniest chicken strips that I have ever seen in the bag. What a horrible value for $12.00. I left hungry, andwill not be returning to this Wendy's again. What ever happened to value and good customer service???? Read more
Good food, nice staff but they make mistakes on orders far to often. I feel like I'm being rushed to order in the drive through.... I understand they need to maintain a speedy routine but it's like your not given a chance to speak. Read more
The food has always been good and the majority of the staff have been wonderful. Tonight I came across one of the staff members... that was upset that I made a slight change to my order. An easy change and one that I would gladly pay for. When the person whoput the food together found out of the change he was angry. I apologized but he still made the change. The worst part was whenhe handed it to me. He waved me away and was sooooo rude. To the point that the other person working there apologized for hisbehavior. Read more
Historically this Wendy?s is super fast and exceptionally polite. They rarely make a mistake and the food is always hot. However... when went through the drive thru for lunch today the woman at the last window was so incredibly rude because we asked for acouple ketchup packets. We did not ask rudely. She rolled her eyes and was clearly annoyed, and then came back with the packetsand with an attitude told us to ask for them at the order board next time. I don?t usually write reviews but we were so shockedat the condescending tone I contemplated returned the food for a refund. If you don?t want your customers to ask for ketchup atthe window then ask when take their order, or at the very least speak politely. I would give this location 5 stars otherwisehowever the interaction in and of itself is why I am putting 2 stars. Read more
Food never misses here, always tastes amazing and very quick. Usually pick up a bacon poutine with extra gravy at night on... weekends and the guy that works the window always makes it soupy, exactly the way I like my poutine. Service is beyond friendly,good place to get some late night dinner! Read more
