This locations iced coffee is some of the worst. Instead of just pouring hot coffee over a small portion of ice, you should let... the customer know that is what they have to do. I shouldn't be paying extra for an iced coffee when it's not even an icedcoffee. Also when I went back to get another iced coffee, I asked the worker, I remember her name if the owner would like toreach out, if she just poured hit coffee over ice again and she replied "I don't know" and then just walked away like she didn'tjust make the drink. Most of the workers are normally good, but the attitude that I got for just asking if it was just hotcoffee over ice is shocking. Read more
Edit to highlight Robins Donuts as having much better and also slightly larger doughnuts. Why does this always happen to my... doughnut? This is the worst thing that can happen to a doughnut and everytime I decide I really want a doughnut I end up havingto scrape the top off the inside of the bag and just regret ever getting it. Way too slow with service. I had a small order, after what felt like 15 minutes, I asked for a refund. I was told that the order... was being made. A few minutes later, I was asked if I wanted a refund. What a waste of time. Read more
