Terrible experience!!! I?ve always heard that the service at 1485 portage ave inside polo park mall is the worst and i... experienced it today. The cashier was super rude couldn?t get her name but they were all indian, I believe as they were talkingin Punjabi with each other and were very rude to the customers. They gave me my drink in a cup which was broken and leaking andwhen i asked to replace it they just layered it with another cup. How does that help???!! Didn?t give me a takeout bag for thewrap and when asked they just left it on the counter. The customer who was after me was deaf and was showing what he wanted toorder on his phone and the cashier was getting frustrated at him because she was in a rush to take her meal break and said he istaking super long to tell what he wanted to order. Terrible. I only usually order a bagel, ask for extra cream cheese because they cheap out on, and even with the extra (that... they're charging me for) there's almost nothing on it. Today I got a cheese bagel toasted with butter, the butter wasn't meltedand I had to heat it up at home anyways. They've also managed to mess up a simple black coffee by adding stuff to it Read more

I go here pretty much everyday, usually it?s good they make the ice coffee good. Lately though everytime I order a bagel it?s... burnt and I asked the lady to make it so it?s not burnt but she says all the cheese bagels burn like that which they don?tbecause I?ve been coming here everyday since about July and only recently have my ice coffee and bagels not been tasting good:((also very cheap on the cream cheese:( Read more
