Everything else was ok but the thing i hate most is we some indian guys go over there 5 persons but the lady over... there(phillipines i think so) she told us that only 4 people are allowed inside we understand and 2 guys left and waitedoutside. We ordered from skip but it was Tim hortons staff that put the ice caps in the same bag as the coffee so they melted and they... gave us no straws we called them to say something about it and they said it skips fault but skip says they are not responsiblefor Packaging which is the sole responsibility of Timmy's which they say is not their fault who's fault is it for not giving usstraws? Who's fault is it for putting iced coffee in the same bag as hot coffee so that the ice caps melt? it seems tim hortonsnowadays just can't cut it everywhere I go their service is lacking. This place is very poorly run in the evenings. Mornings and day?s it?s no different than any other Tims. In the evening it?s a... whole different ball game. You walk in after 6:30pm and you can stand at the counter waiting while you watch the employeesitting in the back either talking on their phone or watching videos with their ear buds in, you have to yell EXCUSE ME to gettheir attention. They will only have maybe 6-10 pieces of pastry/bagels total on the display and if you ask them if they haveany other bagels in the back to toast or to make a sandwich they say they equipment is broken. They are also suppose to be openuntil 8pm according to their sign yet they are mopping the floor by 7:15 and close the cage around the counter between7:45-7:50. the girl gave me 2 mins of waiting while she punched in my order. and let me tell you it was a crossiont instead of a english... muffin breakfast sandwich. just about 1 dollar difference. but for the time i wasted it wasnt worth it. Read more
Amazing staff, quick and fast service, convinently placed with the Shell. ... But has new ownership again and is a sinking... black hole as it used to be, I have no hope for this store. The owner is cheaping out on the store so 30 minute old coffee cutoff point has now changed to 2 hours, and yesterday's soup is still good soup. When the owner is fighting with the staff rightaffront of you on these things it's a statement piece of the failure to come. Read more
