Worst experience at this time hortons today. I was here with my sister and kids and ordered drinks and eatery from here. One of... the bagel has scarce amount of cheeses cream so I asked the lady to put some more. I was surprised by her attitude as she showedtantrum as I am asking something for free. She took bagel and put some more cheese cream but left it over their preparationstation despite o was waiting over the other side. She kept it there, ignoring me and when I asked again to return it as I canclearly see she has already put more cream but just showing attitude and kept me waiting. Sit wasn?t busy at that time whichkept her distracted or busy at the moment. When I asked her again she brought it and said that I am giving!!! Well I haven?texperienced anything such from Tim hoti tons before. I guess you need to train your staff and teach them some customer service.Very disappointed. This is one of the worst tim hortons in winnipeg. They screw up almost half the time and I've had it... today I ordered a turkey... bacon club sandwich and take a look at the picture... how hard is it to make a sandwich!! Umm where is the turkey?? It was 5:45 pm I ordered a medium coffee one girl was at the window and she took 11-12 minutes to make my coffee her name was... Jas I told her it took too much time and I was late. And she spoke rudely to me next time I will not go to that location. Read more
October 08-22. Around 2:30PM at this location drive thru. There was skinny brown girl at window messed up our order. We asked... for 3 iced coffees and she made 3 ice capp? Like cmon, Listen properly? When I said politely that is that ice capp she saidyess? I said I ordered ice coffees. She slammed the window door and went back inside like it was our mistake. ??? Then she cameback and said ? make sure you place order correct next time? I told her that I had everything recorded in my dash cam I can comeinside and show you that I said ice coffee. Quite often feel misunderstood by staff who also rush you through for very simple coffee orders. Try asking for food items and... you're lucky to get things correct. Listening is a simple task! Read more
just had the worst experience of my life at this location. I wanted to grab some doughnuts at this location beacause i was in... the area. Went to this location and originally was going to grab half a dozen of honey dip doughnuts. Walked inside and onlyfound one left on the display. I then asked the person who was at the till and he CONFIRMED that there was only one honey dipleft. I then thought ?ok i?ll just get some timbits then? and ordered the one honey dip and 20 timbits (10 honey dip and therest assorted). After i paid he then pulled another honey dip out from next to him on the counter??? I was insanely confused ashe clearly said before that there was only one left. I didn?t say anything else because he didn?t technically mess up my orderyet. So then he went to grab the timbits and my friend and i went to the washroom. On the way we saw a FULL RACK of just honeydips?. i was already starting to get mad at this point but decided not to lash out. The worker then gave me the box of timbitsand we left the store. In the car we realized that he gave us only honey dip and chocolate when we clearly asked for the rest tobe assorted? safe to say that i will never be going back to this location or tim?s at any location. Probably the worst tims in the city. Done ordering from them, order is always wrong. Ordered 3 coffees and a bagel double... toasted with extra butter... bagel came dry and all 3 coffees were completely wrong... ask for milk, got cream... asked forsugar in all, got none... terrible Tims Read more
