Food and service is good but cleanliness is seriously lacking. Build up of dust and debris around the edges of the floor under... the tables and on the ledge with the heat register. A thick layer of dust on the machines by the pick up area. Read more

Can I give a zero? Couldn't rush us out faster even though closed in 9 min. Tables were dirty even though card said they were... clean. Disgusting service. Way to treat any visitors never mind a visitor from out of province. Way to go Tim's! You must saysomething to this place to clean it up. Read more

I went there to get small dd and small black coffee. Then I order egg and chees muffins. They were out of stock so asked me to... wait for 2 mints. It was morning rush time they should know how much it will go. Instead of 2 minute it takes 5 to 7 minute.After that when I came back to my work place which is only 3 minute walk. Found that my coffee gets cold. And the egg much oncewas super dry. I paid money for quality but what I got ? Waiting for my food and poor quality of it.
