BEWARE...HIGH WAIT TIMES!! Coffee and food is good...when you get it...you order and can wait up to fifteen minutes to get a... food and coffee order...workers either aren't trained to deal with high traffic volumes, too busy talking, or too busy withmobile orders to serve people in store...a guy had security called on him because he waited ten mins for his coffee ..they losthis order, told him to go from one side to the other...if the manager wants to come out to make sure there aren't problems...Ipoint the finger directly at the staff...and meanwhile I still didn't get my food till I had to remind them...very unpleasantexperience in terms of the staff and wait times...it's not a gourmet restaurant...no need for 10+ min wait times for orders...especially after a person has already ordered...BEWARE...MAKE SURE YOU HAVE AN EXTRA 20 MINS TO SPARE BEFORE WALKING IN... This is still the best tims location downtown by far. It's sad the amount of bs they have to put up with daily. The comment... about the "racially profiling" was probably a lie. Sadly people want those cups just to beg for money right at the cross areas. This location has excellent staff, is surprisingly clean all things considered, and almost always has everything in stock. I'veonly once had an issue with my coffee being incorrect and they fixed it immediately. The only downside is how busy it is all thetime. Yet they wouldn't be if they weren't a good location. Definitely worth the few minutes to wait as they are relativelyquick paced. Read more

Was here on Tuesday August 30th , 2022 at 9:04-9:07 (am) Was having an anxiety attack and requested a cup of water. The employee... said I had to .20 cents. I didn't have .20 cents on me in cash. Yes I had in my acct but I'm also certainly not tapping my cardfor .20 cents. My point is .. is that this employee racially profiled me and judged me based on my appearance. This is a way to"screen" people out of the 'establishment and it's totally unacceptable. I come to this Tim.Hortons alot because it's theClosest one to my commute. I'm so disappointed I was treated this way. Plz check the cameras . This employee also walked aroundand ignored me. Completely dehumanizing wow. educate your staff Read more

Probably the worst Tim?s I?ve gone to, I?m allergic to bread so I order a sandwich just with hash browns acting as the bread and... it is safe for me to eat. Every time I go to this location I tell them I?m allergic multiple times and they still give me bread?no other location has problems with doing this it is only the graham location. Unfortunately I didn?t inspect it before I leftand now I can?t eat what I just bought for breakfast again Read more

Just visited this location. Bought a Turkey bacon club sandwich - I've never seen (or tasted) a worse sandwich in my... life. Sloppily thrown together, fridge-cold bacon, and what looked (and tasted like) like old, soggy, wilted lettuce. Threwover half of it in the trash, as I couldn't choke down another bite. Will not ever order one of the artisan sandwiches fromthis location ever again!! Read more

If it was possible to leave a -5 star review, I would. The last two times I bought donuts they were old and stale, so I figured... this time they won't get me and I specifically asked before ordering. I was told they were "fresh" so I asked what time theywere made and was told "within the least half hour". So i bought a donut and when it was rock hard and stale i went back to thefront and asked for a different donut. They said no.???? I said that's not fair, because I specifically asked when the donutwas made and they said a half hour ago, and then I showed them the donut and said "that's not a fresh donut" So they said"donuts are fresh for 8 hours" ???? which, you know, wow, but that's not the point. I took the donut out of the box and knockedit on the glass (literally knocked, because it made the same sound as a rock and didn't change shape or give at all when bannedon the glass!) and I said "that's not the texture of a donut that was baked a half hour ago." and they said "if you'd like youcan come back on Monday during the day and speak to our manager." Thanks, Tim Hortons, but I'm not taking time off work to comeback and have a manager tell me that all of your donuts are "fresh". I'll just never buy Tim Horton's donuts again, because yourcompany obviously doesn't care if the food you serve is edible. Read more
