Worst Tim Horton in the City. One of the employees asked me not to use the washroom as he assumed that I had not ordered... anything. He was so rude and arrogant. Is it compulsory to buy something before using the washroom? They need to learn customerservice. What a loss to know them. Read more

Never had any problems with orders by any means, but since the renovations there seems to have been a change ofemployees - I'm now finding myself having multiple problems with my orders, and service is generally pretty slow. Went from thebest location in the city to somewhat average. While this review is dated, more recent reviews seem to reinforce that nothinghas changed. If it does, I'll be sure to change this review. Value for money and great tasting coffee. If you happen to come in peak hours you may have to wait at least 20mins so be... patient. They can improve on the menu as not everything is mentioned on the menu, for example the different bagel options.Overall a nice place to hangout if it?s not crowded.
