Food was good. It was breakfast time and I wanted a sandwich for lunch they did make it fir me that was cool. But my breakfast... sandwich had a eggshell in it. Also the lid for the coffee cups the coffee always dripp from it messing ypnmy gloves and coat.Not impressed. Also the staff keeps putting my chocolate dipped donut in a bag. Leaving all of the icing on the bag. Now I askfor it in a box now I avoid that problem. PS. Tim Hortons coffee lids suck. Read more

I just went there couple mins ago, was having a very rough day? I ordered 2 French vanilla?s and potato wedges, I specifically... asked ?can you make it fresh please..? First of all the lady who took my order was not welcoming/friendly at all..no greeting oranything? on the second window they only give me 1 FV while I asked for 2? and my potato wedges are hard as a rock ??? My go to location. Have been going here for YEARS. drive thru staff are always super nice The only real con is the parking... lot/drive thru situation but there's really nothing that can be done about that. Will keep going almost daily ???? Read more

It would be like any other Tim Horton's if I didn't get my order wrong 4 out of ten visits. I've gotten coffee when I asked for... tea, I've gotten the wrong size, I've gotten the wrong amount of milk and sugar. I was the only one going through the drive-thruwhen they screwed up the order, twice. They don't seem to pay very good attention. Was seriously thinking of just using anotherTim's that would be out of the way for me but seriously. Read more

I don?t know how I order a menu item where the main ingredient is chicken and not get the chicken. Tim Hortons is doing a... fantastic job of destroying itself. No wonder why Starbucks is picking up more and more here. **update, I have contacted headoffice as it?s so disappointing coming from someone who worked 7 years with the company, it?s gone way downhill. The staffs working in this store were so rude, disrespectful and serving in a discriminatory manner! The lady working on the... cashier doesn?t understand customers needs neither demonstrating willingness to listen. I repeated over 15 times to place asmall coffee but got ignorance despite that all other customers behind me were waiting in a line. The restrooms were bothlocked. When I asked for permission to use the restroom. The lady looked at me in a prejudice way and ignored me once again!After begging around 5 times and finally, another staff responded and unlocked the restroom door to allow me to use. However, heturned on the UV light inside and treated me as virus! (despite the fact that this was a serious radiation violation to Healthand Safety Standards!) This store staffs were sick in a way that not only need work and ethical trainings, but psychologicalsupport! I was insulted the day and definitely feel sympathy for them! Read more

A bee is flying arround stuff that we eat whole crew was thereeveryone knows it but no one care. I saw one inside front case where they put all the items. And many in store. So i decline toeat those stuff from this tim hortons. I have told one of the employee about this.
