The Tim Hortons at the Grant Park mall is the absolute worst one in the entire city of Winnipeg. There are no standards... whatsoever. I could order the same thing every time and it?s always completely different every time too. Food and drink ordersget screwed up 99% of the time. The staff are all incompetent and inept. Clearly they don?t properly train them. Some of thepeople they?ve hired don?t even speak proper English, so when you?re explaining your order or complaining about your order, they?ll just look at you slack jawed with a bewildered expression. The tables and seats are usually dirty so you will mostlikely need to bring your own antibacterial wipes to clear off the residue and crumbs left behind by other customers. All inall, terrible customer service, disgusting eating area and inconsistent food/drink orders.???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Read more

Staff were friendly and let me know that my coffee would be available in a few minutes. My two cups were set aside waiting for... fresh brewed coffee. Once the coffee was ready she removed the kids, poured the coffee and handed me the cups. I was impressedthat she thought to cover the cups as the coffee was brewing. Read more

Open at 7:30 but nothing is ready in 10:00 am. I already asked if your lunch is ready, they said it's ready. Staffs asked me to... wait 14mins for potato wedges. Worst service. There were 4 or5 people working in there and saying new people take baking, what Isaw is they put new people at cash point. Confused explanation. Read more

Can't tell you how many bad cups of coffee and undercooked or stale foods I've picked up from here. Timbits that are still raw... in the middle, coffee that tastes like metal, or just downright giving me the completely wrong order. Read more

for the past couple of visits to this Tim Hortons the customer service has been odd. When you walk up they ignore you until... they are ready to serve you. it sounds weird but I shouldn't have to walk up and wonder if I should say something. Read more

After visiting other Tim Hortons in the area, I will ALWAYS come back to this one. If you frequent here the staff make you feel... like you?re part of the family and address you by name. Remember that the staff are humans and can make mistakes, but more oftenthan not the employees go above and beyond. Being so close to the high schools the employees deal with huge rushes of kids, andstill end up with a smile on their face by end of shift. Love this location and staff. Read more

Went through the drive through at 8:10 a.m. on Friday, May 11. Asked for a number 5 combo with an iced cap, they asked chocolate... or white milk, said white milk. We got to the window and it was clearly a chocolate iced cap, which I couldn?t drink even if Iwanted to because I?m allergic to chocolate. We asked for a normal iced cap. She looked annoyed and we waited and then werehanded back the exact same iced cap, with her saying, ?Iced cap with white milk.? I had to go into the restaraunt and wait inline to have it exchanged for an actual plain iced cap, it wasted a huge amount of time and we won?t ever be going back to thislocation again! Read more
