Staff is the only thing that makes this Timmies unpleasant. The atmosphere is great, food and drinks are tasty and made well,... but the staff acts like they've never worked in customer service before. They all seem like they hate their jobs, and that's notwhat the public wants to see. Other than that, this location is great. Out of timbits, asked for donuts instead out of practically everything including Boston Cream, asked for bagels instead also out... of almost everything just plain, everything and raisin. So terrible, at least have a few things cooked for Pete's sake. Read more
I feel so angry, that?s not my first time to receive the wrong order. Who tell the people working there, if they make the wrong... drink they can use the same cup?? I usually order steam tea dd, but this time again, it?s steam tea and coffee dd. I?m prettysure they made a double double first and they found they made the wrong one and they make it steam tea again with the same cup.It?s only two dollar drinks no people gonna return and complain it? Decided to try again at this location....nope just bad. What is the point of having fancy screens for customers to see if they... got your order right? Ice capp was supposed to be with cream...got chocolate milk instead, ordered 2 honey dip donuts gothoney cruiser instead, ordered double espresso with sugar...didn't get the sugar. Night staff are not friendly and just don'tcare. Went to this store at 4.15am Tuesday. Ordered coffee and tidbits. The girl reached in at was eating the tidbits rightin front of me crumbs falling out of her mouth back into the box...she tried to hand it to me. I refused it and she startedcrying begging me not to call the store manager. I was so disgusted I left. And haven't been back. I need to call the managerTomorrow. Read more
This location used to be better. I generally don?t mind incorrect orders but I have failed to receive the correct order 4 times... in a row now. I?m writing this review because I made sure to clarify my latest order and double check it in the drive through,I got the wrong order again. This location used to be significantly better, I feel as though the current staff aren?t ensuringa quality service. There is however one employee whom has been above and beyond but unfortunately I don?t feel the sameconfidence in many of the other staff I?ve dealt with. Read more

Slow service, line up out the door. Person taking the orders is having difficulty understanding. had to repeat the order 5... times. food not prepared correctly and ice cold. It's a Tim's. It's the same as all of them. We have our coffee outside, (bring our own chairs) and enjoy the planes landing at... rhe Airport as it is located just outside the runway. Coffee and assorted donuts are good. The roast beef sandwich althoughsmall is not pricey and is good. Read more
