No matter what time of day you go they are literally always sold out of most things, mainly pastries and doughnuts. It's mind... blowing how consistently understocked they are. Also the doors say they're open until 12 but they've never had the doorsunlocked past 11:30, but more often than not it's locked around 11:15. Read more

If you can help it, do yourself a favor and skip this location. Not busy at all, ordered a coffee, smoothie, a couple of donuts... and a sandwich. Waited much longer than anticipated for the order to dine in. Sandwich was not ready even after waiting. Wastold would just be a couple of minutes. We waited. Watched about 8-10 people get served between drive through and walk ins.Decided to ask if the sandwich was ready. Arguing began amongst the staff who clearly forgot to make the sandwich. Unacceptable.I could excuse this if it was busy but it was not. One other table with a couple of people. Will definitely be making an effortto go to a different location when I'm in this area next. Food is usually good and prepared correctly (I recommend trying the farmers wrap), and coffee is always fresh here in the... morning. The inside has always been clean when I visit, and there are a few tables to sit at. Use the drive through if you'rein a rush though, timmies seems to care much more about drive through times than their lobby and service is usually faster thatway. Read more

What the heck is wrong with the employees in this location?! Like seriously. Do they work just to chit chat at each other?!?... There are 4 of them at the front. The drive thru is empty. There's nobody inside the store but yet not one employee acknowledgedus. We were standing there and waited for nothing! So we left! Horrible! Employees!! Read more

I ordered coffee and some other stuff. I waited for more than 10 minutes. Then my order was handover by a girl name sukh. She... missed one of the item and i asked her about missing food item. She replied very rudely and her attitude was notprofessional. She refused to give me the missing item and requested her. Same thing happened earlier before with me and the sameemployee. I am really disappointed and I have remained a customer since last 10 years. I have not seen staff member with suchbad behaviour from a employee of Tim Horton. Read more

Tim Hortons seems to be getting more and more chaotic. One staff taking orders in store and everyone else on drive thru. I avoid... the drive thru because 80% of the time my order is messed up. So I go in to order and it's one comedy after another. They put myhusband's order in with skip the dishes. Gave him coffee instead of tea. 2nd round of tea has cream when it should have beenmilk. 3rd round is coffee again...and this is a common occurrence. Sigh.... Read more

The staff were focussed on the drive thru. Took more then 10 minutes to ask me for my order with no 1 in front of me. Then... finally said we're only accepting cash. Then was mad when I pointed out she forgot my change. All this and it wasn't busy. Read more

Overall just another Tims. The location is one of the larger ones. I took off two stars for the following reasons: 1. My chilli... bowl was very low and when the person served it they grab the spoon head which is gross and not hygienic. 2. I have been here afew times with my co-worker. Neither of us could log in with our laptops (Mac and PC) as the prompt would not come up. Thisissue has happened on numerous visits. Read more
