They didn't cut my bagel in half.
If I could give this place a -2 stars I would. This place has got to be the stingiest Tim hortins in winnipeg. So I went and... ordered the small smoothie and when they gave me the smoothie it was only filled up a little more then half way and not to theline they are suppose to fill it up too. When I asked them about it they said sorry..... they didn't even offer to replace it orfill it up more. To me that sorry was a sorry for ripping you off and we got caught. Not to mention not even having certainproduct ready such as hashbrowns or their farmer sausage wraps readily available for a so called fast food joint and havinglong wait times ect. If your in a rush avoid this Tim hortins and go to a different one. I know I will. Customer satisfaction atthis location is not on the top of their list. Read more
I can't understand why getting food here is so slow. 15-20 Wait for a breakfast sandwich, consistently. Everything is pre made.... Even waiting for a muffin can take 10 min! And we have limited time before class and they are the only food on campus. Complaintto head office just gets a bs generic answer. Read more
Untrained stuff, took 3 times longer to get food, yet food came out wrong, couldn?t even get a BLT bagel right. All chocolate... milk was leaking. At the end we have to bag our own stuff. Horrible customer service. We will never go back, don?t recommendthis location. Read more
The service has become ridiculously slow. i use to love this location. I spend my whole 15 min break now just waiting in line... for a coffe that takes them not even a min to serve me. 6 people served in 15 mins....very poor and slow service. Read more
Poor quality, slow service. Staff often gets orders wrong and even when they're right, they just seem slapped together. The only... reason this location has customers is because it is the only coffee place on campus. Read more
Too slow. For a college where you have ten minutes between classes, it takes about the same waiting in line. They have also... screwed up my large DR double-double for a small regular double-double, not to mention she screwed up with the guy in front ofme as well. Read more
This tims has messed up my orders, and my friends orders multiple times. The wait times are INSANE, and sometimes the english... muffin buns have straight up holes in the middle of them. I only go here because it?s the fastest place to get food before myclasses, and I have classes later in the day and now I can?t get food because they close at 3. Read more
