LOCATION:1015 Notre Dame Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0N4 MANAGER: Rica Today, October 31, 2022, I went to this location to get... doughnuts, I ask the staff if I can have 8 assorted doughnuts but in two separate boxes. I said it 3 times yet she did notunderstand, she called someone and told me I cannot purchase two boxes she said I can have 6 doughnuts in a box and they willput the other two in a small paper bag. I told her it will be a gift for two people. I ask nicely again if I can have 8doughnuts in two separate boxes. She then called someone and ask if they can do that. Then this person who apparently is theManager told me that there is a charge for the box. I ask how much. She said they can't do that because the charge for the extrabox is not included in their cash register, So I ask again which one is which? You cannot separate 8 doughnuts or do I need topay for an extra box? She said they cannot separate the 8 doughnuts which don't make any sense. So I left and I heard her fromthe outside saying Thank you! Have a nice day! Sarcastically in a loud voice and all the other 4 staff laughed so I got so upsetI went back in and I ask for a manager. It was the lady who was yelling Thank you Have a nice day! I ask her again what she saidand she repeated Thank You Have a nice day this time in a low voice. I ask her where is your manager? She said I am the Manager.I ask her name she said her name is RICA. My point is she is the manager and cannot make a wise decision for a customer.Instead, she screamed and made fun of me. You hired someone whose decision-making is very poor. And not a good role model. andit's really sad to see a Manager mocking a customer and cannot give a good answer and solution for a very simple problem. Closed drive-thru to change the menu from breakfast.....at 1:00 in the afternoon! Service inside was super slow and it turned... out they didn't have chicken, couldn't make sandwiches, and couldn't make an iced Capp. May as well have closed the store. Read more
Avoid this tims as much as you can They never seem to get an order right - even a coffee, don't have a lot of the regular Tim's... menu items. I'm all for franchises deciding what they want ti sell - but don't lie saying you don't hsve any, when it's reallyyou don't want to make it. My friend and I was at the drive thru and this RUDE lady at the window kept rushing us. When we first pulled up, right away we... notice she was in a hurry. She kept saying, ?PAYMENT PLEASE? whilst handing out the payment machine. I asked her to wait onemoment because I was grabbing the payment card from my friend and she told me they are timed and I need to hurry up as she wastapping on the window. I just shook my head for this lack of customer service. I did not want to hold up the line and droveaway after we got our order. Later on, I called the store and spoke to the manager about what had happened. She was very niceand apologized about it. Also, They didn?t even make my Mocha Iced Coffee right. Read more
Absolutely terrible, I would rate 0 stars if i could !! Poor location and poor accessability. Extremely poor staff, lazy and... unmotivated !! i would rate the food but i cant since they dont prepare enough food to last. They completely turned away myorder instead of put in the effort to make it right. Blown away by the complete lack of care at this location. Avoid at allcosts. This Tim Hortons location charges more than other locations in Winnipeg, for a large iced capp anyway. They charge $0.25 more... than anywhere else. When I questioned the girl at the window, she said it must have something to do with my rewards card.Really? My "reward" is paying more? Also, twice while using a Tim's gift card, I was charged twice for purchases. Again, when Iquestioned this, I was told that the transaction didn't go thru the 1st time or it has something to do with my rewardscard. This location has greasy staff & ownership. Read more
