Service is starting to slide! Be it equipment, training or just plain old incompetent employees something needs to be... done...while sitting in a drive thru with only two vehicles infront of me, I could see they had to replace the order of thefirst vehicle, second vehicle thankfully just had one hot drink and was on it's way quickly while they missed something on myorder, no apologies just told me how much and that's that...yep McDonald's has great coffee and it's literally in the sameparking lot... I live close to the Ness and Mount Royal Tim Hortons but stopped in one day to get a coffee, Turkey club sandwich and... croissants. From service to everything that i got was perfect! Croissants were freshly baked, The sandwich was well toastedwhich was amazing and the coffee was excellent! Keep up the great work!! Read more
Good location. Huge parking lot.probably one of the biggest parking lot for tims. Social distancing followed too. handicap... parking right in front of the restaurant.this place is neat most of the time. customer used to be good but now you have to lookaround gor attendant.welcoming part is zero from ages. i don't understand for walkin people why they run away from them why notattend them right away. i never see person running to attend customers they are busy in their own world Read more
