The night staff are horrible at this location and you wait for 20 mins when there is no one in the drive thru. Go out of your... way if you have to to avoid this location. There is one girl in particular that is condescending and extremely rude. Its likeshe gets my order wrong on purpose every night when she is at the till. I have a buy 2 get 1 free offer on my app and that'sexactly what I ordered 3 coffees. Like I do every night... I get up to the window scan my app it comes up to 5.38 because one ofthe 3 should be free and she gives me 2 coffees then argues with me, is extremely rude and tells me if I want another coffee Icould pay for it. I show her my multi use buy 2 get one free offer and she is rude yet again. I will no longer be going to thislocation or any others. What's with the attitude?... Was going to order 4 drinks at the drive thru, and person on the speaker wouldn't even let me... finish before he rushed me to drive forward, ended up only ordering two. As far as I had seen it your location wasn't all thatbusy either, both dine in and the drive thru had little to none traffic.. So why being so impatient? Great service. A little slow but food was fresh. I would definitely visit again.
Poor and disappointed Customer service. Order was incomplete and the staff literally fought with me for a hashbrown I already... paid for. Worst service. Won't visit again. Meantime they took long to resolve tea went cold. Read more
