Really disappointed in this Tim Hortons! We waited in line at the drive thru for 15 minutes! The server at the windiw did... apologize for the wait, but this isnt the first time it has happened at this location. Its time to work out the issues, and imsorry but i wont be back. Read more
Worst experience at tims. I ordered 5 birthday cake timbits and 5 assorted ones and the drive thru girl didn?t even understand... how to punch this simple order and kept arguing we don?t have the option. Please teach your staff basics customer rude. And shewas like hella rude. Read more
I've never had such garbage service ever at thso location. The literally read back to you what u ordered then give u something... else. If I went to Tim's daily I bet at least 3 of the 5 days they get it wrong on more than 1 item in the order. Is so tired ofthe poor quality service and the staffing they have. Order a hashbrown they say ok then u get to the window they don't give u itand then say u weren't charged for it. I'm not a big fan of Tim Hortons. Ever since they changed the menu to more of a fast food place I don't go there very often. Now... I normally only go there for my morning coffee, and I only go to this one. The staff is the reason I use this Tim Hortons. Theyare normally super friendly and, they get the order right almost every time. And they are fast. But like every place, some daysare better than others. If not for the staff this rating wouldn't be so high. Read more
Quick friendly and most importantly, accurate service. Ordered drive through and dine in multiple times and always leave... satisfied. It's your typically Tim Hortons fare but the fast accurate service makes the difference. Read more
