This Tim Hortons can?t get an order right ever. I don?t suggest buying food here. The tea I received was not even luke warm.... Food was good and the drive-thru moved very fast. The staff was very polite and easy to understand.
By far the slowest and most unorganized Tim Hortons in the entire city. Repeatedly getting your order wrong seems to be their... specialty. Keep up the good work guys. Read more
Very poor overall service. The drivethru line was so long. Waited for 15-20min in total. Ordered a BLT and asked for crispy... bacon and a donut. The bacon was floppy and def not crispy at all. They forgot my donut and I had to walk into the store to askfor it. While waiting to speak to someone nobody would make eye contact with me and when someone did they didn?t even apologizeabout the mix up? they just said ?ok what?s your donut?? I?ve personally worked at a Tim?s myself and the team working today defwas not a friendly or professional one. They need to do better. Read more
I bought french vanilla and it wasn?t tasty at all. I myself tims and know how it tastes but its really bad. When I ordered... again it was still same ; it was having some kinds of grinds that french vanilla never has. I think they don?t rinse theirmachines. It had happened with me several times. Read more
This has to be the worst Tim's location in the city. I used to visit this location frequently but after them messing up my order... time and time again I didn't visit for a while till today, I remember now why I stopped coming to this location, after a longwait, they messed up almost every aspect of my order. I definitely won't be returning anytime soon and neither should anyoneelse, keep driving there are plenty of other locations that will actually make your order properly the first time. Read more
Today I went as usual and ordered 2 frozen lemonades and half dozen donuts, the cashier didn't even give me the option of... choosing my donuts. Then when I got my order turns out the cashier heard I asked a single frozen lemonade, also when I got thedonut box, as in the image, dirty. But it doesn't end there, when I payed for the other drink and got it, it had way lesscontent than the other. Usually they rush but I've never seen that many flaws in service. Read more
The food there is below average. Coffee is done well, however. Dark Roast blend is tasty.
