Pretty unhappy to get to the window for my order, be asked to pay.. And then after paying being asked to go sit in a stall as it... will take 10 minutes. ... I have been coming here since my appointment is within walking distance. Excellent service, keep it up. So far, I know only of 3... Tim's that has excellent staff. And you guys are one of the 3. Best quality and taste. Particularly on this location. To be specific, i ordered everything bagel with herbal garlic cream... cheese with veggies. They made it so perfect. I have never ate a perfect bagel like this at any other location. Full of creamcheese and enough amount of vegetables inside. They even gave exta ketchup packets in the bag which we didint even asked for. Sothoughtful i would say. Will definitely come to this location more. Read more
Worst customer service and food that I?ve received from this Tim Hortons in quite a while. I went through the Drive Thru at... 3:35pm on Sunday, December 5th and the order receiver was unprofessional enough to pause while taking the order and laugh withher microphone on. The Croissant I received literally seemed to be grilled and burnt instead of heating. Read more
Great place for a quick meeting for those that work in this area. The staff are friendly, customer service is good. Wash rooms... were clean, the place looks cleaner than some other Tim?s in this area. Direction is wise it easy to find or direct someone.Overall five stars this place is worth the stars. Read more
