I like this Tims. One thing to know is that the indoor seating closes at 10:00pm. Drive thru is open though.

This Tim's is a complete joke, their customer service is terrible and they never have any baked goods at any time of the day.... Too many stuck up rich kids work here and it shows. Read more

Extremely slow, even in non rush hour times there are long lines, frequently has given the wrong order.

Ridiculous customer service. The manager should just retire. He has no clue of wht he is doing at the drive thru and cannot own... up his mistakes. The lady takin up the order has zero knowledge too Read more

Service has become a disaster in the last few months. 20 minute wait in the drive thru today from the time I ordered to the... time I picked up my order. Finally got to the window, not one employee within sight inside. Finally see 2 in the kitchen, 2 inthe drive thru prep area but wouldn?t come to the window. My order along with another orders sitting by the window ready. Onemale staff member finally comes by the register to just stand there talking to the other employee standing in the prep area. Noeffort to take payment or hand over my order. Then both disappear yet again. FINALLY one comes back to the window to take mypayment. Hands me an iced capp completely melted and dripping everywhere, and gives me a huff when I ask for napkins?! Hate tothink this is the only tims on my commute in. I might have to start changing my route. Terrible service. Read more

2 stars for this place. Many cars on drive thru. Fewer people on front. Order was a tad bit slow and somewhat sloppy. Also they... put cream in the tea when milk was requested. Luckily for them they fixed that MAJOR flaw. So we can?t hold it against them toomuch for that. Read more

Extremely slow service, it seems like Tim Hortons is just another big company understaffing their stores in order to maximize... profits. I feel bad for the stuff that have to work here, chronically short-staffed and having to deal with upset customers whonow have to wait a very long time to receive their order. Tim Hortons should have no problem finding enough money to addadditional staff members and improve the quality of service at this location Read more
