Rly great food and good portions. Friendly accommodating staff ?

I ordered spicy fried rice but the rice was not spicy even after reminding them twice. The behaviour of associate changed after... I paid for the food, they were like now you have paid for it so you don?t matter. They will treat you good as long as youhaven?t bought anything which is confusing like I paid for my order then don?t be rude. They don?t follow the instructionsproperly. I would not recommend this location. If you want good experience then visit st vital centre location, they make greatfried rice and follow all the instructions. Read more

Yummmm!! Ordered the VEGAN pad Thai and wow!!! It was amazing!! So flavourful and filling! I was so impressed that they had 6... items on their menu that could be made vegan. I highly recommend coming here, the staff is polite and quick. The value anddeliciousness are so worth it! I will for sure be back hopefully to try some other vegan menu items! Read more

I've eaten at Thai Express before, trying it for the first time at Polo Park. As usual, I chose chicken stirfry, spicy, and... when I received it, I was surprised to find it rather bland tasting. A little ways through it I noticed the vegetablestasted...not that great. Having tried their food before, and liking it, I was surprised by the taste having had it yesterday,and wondering why on earth I ever would have ordered it again. I mean, I can't quite put my finger on it, but the flavour wasjust not good. NEW REVIEW (Oct 2016): The general thai chicken I ordered was absolutely awful. The "chicken" is unedible, seems like gristle or... pork perhaps? and the quality as a result has diminished. I think they've decided to serve poor quality chicken or is using porkinstead. Absolutely awful; won't go back. I don't want to bite into a deep friend piece of meat that is nothing butgristle--just gross. What did you do Thai Express in Portage Place? Dreadful. (Around March 2016) OLD REVIEW: Best ThaiExpress in the city. The food is always well prepared; they are quick despite being busy and the quality is great. They alsogive you good portions of chicken and pack the takeout box full. Been to the St. Vital location and the chicken tasted hard/dryand not fresh.
