No wonder you have a low google rating. Maybe that's the reason why your store doesn't have any customers during a sunday... dinner. Staff are idiots, yelling at people from across the foodcourt since their pinpads are not working properly. Train yourstaff or just hire better ones. Beef and cheese burrito never has cheese in it anymore and they don?t heat the burrito so it?s cold when you eat.
Had a craving for burritos and I saw the advertisement regarding the rewards program for TacoTime (as pictured below). Food was... good, but if you want to get rewards the person at the counter will say they have no way of scanning my digital rewards card. Iasked if they could enter it in manually and she states that it is broken. Ok yes their screen for entering orders in is broken.Hard to believe that you cannot enter my purchase for rewards when there is an actual advertisement stating to join theirrewards program. The best thing they sell is tater-tats. Don?t know how they are Mexican though. All the food is all from a prepared bag they... open. Kind of gross. Especially after I paid almost $15 for a loaded beef burrito. Read more
I ordered a salad and went into the food court dining area to eat my dinner. Halfway through my meal the worker starts YELLING... at me from ACROSS THE FOOD COURT that my payment didn?t go through. After going back up to repay she said that it was an errorwith the pin pad and she had to reset it. How humiliating for me that she would yell across the food court like that. Superembarrasing and then it was actually the pin pad not the card! I work in fast food service and I know that if the guest hadalready left I wouldn?t go chasing them down? same thing should go here. Terrible customer service. I was probably doublecharged too..
