Ordered delivery, they forgot my burrito and a straw. Packing was very poor. Very disappointing experience.
Don?t know how they did it but they had forgotten to make my order twice on two separate occasions, including today. Not only... that, but I usually wait 10 mins to make an order and 15 mins for my food. Today was extra long since they had forgotten aboutmy order due to communication problems. Went through drive through but the intercom was broken and you had to wait for 1 person at a time to place an order, pay &... collect your food then the next customer could pull up and order by the same process..... no service goals are getting met underthis process lol. last week I asked for Pepsi they gave me ice tea. this week there drive-thru intercom was broken so I told her at the window.... they gave me a Pepsi that was sitting in its cup so long that the cup was soggy. It was cold which means that they probablyfilled a bunch of to-go cups multiple days ago and handed them out. it was flat and I had to be careful every time I picked itup to not squeeze it like a children's juice box. This has to be the worst restaurant experience I've ever had. The intercom system in the Drive-Thru sounds like something out of... a Charlie Brown TV show. I ordered and then got pulled ahead to be number six in line to wait and waited over 20 minutes for mymeal and this wasn't even during rush hour. Never again will I come to this location. Negative stars on the rating system isdefinitely needed. Worst part is, the food didn't even taste fresh. Had I waited this long for food, getting it fresh would haveat least got a couple more stars. But what more could I expect from Taco Bell? At least my colon will get a good cleanse fromeating this garbage. Read more
