This was my first visit at their location. I ordered on October 21,2022 at 3.10 PM. Order no. 28B71CE3-67 for In- store pickup... made at subway.ca. Items were Footlong crispy chicken and Footlong Sweet onion chicken teriyaki. The problem, both subs werefalling apart on opening. The bread was soggy and wet with the sauce. I contacted the customer service on their website andmentioned the issue. The next day the reply I got from the manager was something along the lines of,? we apologize for less thanideal experience, MY employees are trained for strict preparation guidelines and I will share this feedback with the employees?.Ironically, The mentioned name of manager is same name as the person who prepared the food(not sure if they are sameperson). Now its fine, I as a customer paid for food and I only eat the first sub because I was hungry and had to but I alsohad to throw out the other because how terrible shape the sub was in. I also work in service industry and If my customermentioned the issue to me and as a manager i would have said, ? I apologize for your experience but also letting you know thatYOU ARE ALWAYS WELCOME IN MY STORE, PLEASE COME BACK SO WE CAN MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU and please pay for it if you would like to?or I would have said that you have to pay for food again but I ASSURE THAT I WILL MAKE IT RIGHT FOR YOU THE NEXT TIME.? As acustomer I am not looking for free meal but one thing that I prioritize for Is excellent customer service even before the food.Now one thing is absolute that I never wanna go there again and also lost the money on some bad food but they also lost acustomer. Freshly remodeled- very clean with plenty of space and natural light. Staff were actively keeping everything clean. Pleasant... and attentive staff. Quality is on par for Subway. Read more

Subway Restaurant located at 172 saint Anne rd.This Subway Restaurant gives the best customer service EVER! I live near 2 Subway... Restaurant but I only go to this location every chance I get. They really strive to make your sandwich the way YOU like it. Iwould give them 10 stars if I could. The manager , Gurleen is very helpful and friendly . Recently the quality of the bread has gone down hill, tonight we ordered 6 footling sandwiches and 4 had bread that was ?day... old? I called and spoke to a manager who claimed they were made within a 3 hour window. This was our second issue with crustyday old bread. They would not refund or offer replacements. We enjoy Subway products but will not support this location movingforward. Read more
Honestly saying this is the best subway in whole Winnipeg. The customer service is excellent. I had a problem with my phone app... but the girl working over there really helped me a-lot and figured it out. Every time when I grab lunch from subway my server Gurleen is one of the best server I?ve ever had in subway experience, she is... amazing sweet server and very kind and provides professional customer service. My sandwich?s every time is on the point nocomplaints needed. Gurleen is the reason why I go there every time for lunch, and I wouldn?t want anyone else making my food forme except Gurleen. ????
