Picked up a 12" Black Forest Ham sandwich about an hour ago. As soon as I walked in, Suzette was welcoming me into the store.... She politely tried to up-sell and offer me different choices a number of times, without ever being pushy. With her suggestion, Itried the new Harvest Bread instead of my usual Multigrain bread. I was not disappointed! She was extremely welcoming and kindand she produced a delicious sandwich. Thank you, Suzette! Read more

Normally they?re pretty good but the day I went was SLOW. Horrible. Ordered online to avoid the wait, got there at my pickup... time and my order wasn?t even started yet. Terrible service. Only 1 person working that day. Read more

This was the WORST subway I've been to. The restaurant was clean, but the employee was terrible. She was friendly, but we... couldn't get anything we asked for, we asked for a wrap, and she said they only had frozen wraps, and we said sure, we'll takethat, and she said no could you pick something else. So we asked for a round bun, cause we didn't want a sub bun, and so shesaid ok, and asked whether we wanted brown or white bun, and then she got out a sub bun, and made a sub. Food and service are great. Always fast and friendly, and they remember what I order, also. Place is super clean and shows they... care about keeping to a high standard. I highly recommend this Subway. Location is pretty visible right on McPhillips, justNorth of Superstore. Read more
Food was fine and the place is as clean as it gets for a subway. Would really appreciate it if the staff weren't speaking in... their native language to each other and to the customer behind me while they were making my sandwich. Not professional. Alsonoticed them giving out a free salad to a staff member from superstore that also spoke their language. Can I get a freesandwich ???? Read more
