Picked up a 12" Black Forest Ham sandwich about an hour ago. As soon as I walked in, Suzette was welcoming me into the store.... She politely tried to up-sell and offer me different choices a number of times, without ever being pushy. With her suggestion, Itried the new Harvest Bread instead of my usual Multigrain bread.
