8 out of 10 times this location doesn't have meatballs for the meatball sub. I feel the staff is instructed not to make more... throughout the day. Pretty disappointed. The staff is very nice so that almost makes it okay. Read more
Asked my daughter what she wanted to eat after a long day at the hospital receiving asthma treatment a better part of the day.... She said Subway by our place. Hours show open until 11 and at 1030 pm the door is locked, no sign of anyone in the place but theopen sign is on and the restaurant is lit up. No back in 5 minutes sign, total ghost town. Now hungry AND upset, we had totravel to another location not near our place. She isn't happy with you and she is 8 so, needless to say, I am not happy withyou. Please give us a reason to not be upset and welcome us back during your posted regular hours. She is understandingconsidering the circumstances noted below.
