This location will be missed!!! My family has lived just down the street from this Subway for about 14 years and then one day we... walked by and noticed the sign was gone and the insides of the restaurant were all ripped out. I had visited this location onlyabout 2-3 weeks ago and the staff said nothing about a major renovation or relocation. I heard it's going to be a Popeye'sChicken now. Subway will be missed! Read more
Horrrible experiencee veryyyy rudee staffff i mean i orderd on skip for vegiie footlong sub and there wAs no option to add... veggie patty but the lady was not at all ready to understand and was asking to pay extra i was ready to pay she was like no nono very rude ? i work at resturant too bt we dont do such behviour with customers?. Everything was sitting there open and uncovered and had clearly been that way for awhile.. When it got to the point of choosing... veggies, they all looked so limp, discolored and sad that I just shrugged and walked out. Was not about to pay for that. Thislocation gives Subway a bad name.. Beyond bad customer service. Ordered sub from this location through the subway mobile app for delivery. Food never came. Hungry... but no big deal. Couple weeks later I notice I was still charged by the store. After calling store 3-4 times with no solutionoffered (refund maybe?) I file a complaint through website. Shortly thereafter, I receive hostile and accusatory phone call fromself-proclaimed manager. Claimed I was a scammer, said their mobile app didn?t offer delivery (it does) and called me patheticbefore hanging up on me. This is the worst customer service I?ve ever received by a mile. I went at this location on Friday around 7:15pm. A girl named Shweta was working there. She was really rude and was treating us... as we don?t know anything or how to order. She was really loud on us and treating her co-worker rudely as well. At the sametime, she was very generous to her friends and were giving them everything what they were asking. Like if you don?t knowcustomer service then stay at home man at least don?t ruin someone?s day by doing these stupid things. And if you want to do youfamily friendly things do it at your home, not at workplace. I don?t know why would somebody keep this kind of stupid lady totrain new staff, who herself doesn?t know what is customer service and how to treat a customer nicely. Read more
Went in there around 7:10 on friday evening. The girl working there (with specs, had no name tag) does not know how to treat... guests, making faces all the time and very rude. Not following instructions. She was also very rude to Her co-worker. Very verybad experience. Read more
If i could rate 0 stars i would!! This subway is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I ordered from doordash and had specific instructions... for my sub and I even called them to make sure they made my sub right the SECOND time and I even asked if they had the items iwas asking for the man said "yeah yeah i got it". The order comes the second time and still not the right veggies.. very VERYdisappointed in this restaurant. would never reccomend to anyone. I had asked specifically for extra pickles and some jalapenosand the first order they gave me ONE hard end of a banana pepper. My boyfriend had asked for light mayo on his sub and they haddrenched it so much that somehow mayo got on the top of the sandwich. The bread was burnt the first time aswell AND it smelledweird.
