Roger was rather grumpy. I had to stop and remind him To change his gloves after he rooted around in the back room, and was... going to touch my sandwich. He was not happy. Then he forgot my bacon in my wrap. When I came back to tell him, he didn't evenapologize! Never going there again. Read more
Wasnot greeted by either staff working front counter and when I asked for service I was told I'd have to wait while they finish... their skip orders. I believe the customer standing in front of you should take priority. Very poor show. Read more
Terrible , burnt my bacon then placed it on my sub I said Id like non burnt bacon please! they removed it and then gave me 3... slices so less bacon the second time. HINT if you wouldn't eat it yourself don't please don't serve it to customers who have topay 15$ for a sub! Common sense also the staff just seemed miserable and barely spoke English. Read more
Personally, I Hate Subway. I believe it started when I first time tried it and they messed up my simple sandwich with pickles.... So I haven't been there for years. And one day I decided to try again. I got my order. Went to my car, which was parked right infront of the store to eat it. I was eating and staring at Subway, as it was in front of my eyes. It was closing time. Oneemployee was cleaning. He was mopping the floor. Slowly moving between tables through the whole shop. When he finished with thefloor he used the same mop for... TABLES. Yes! He cleaned tables. With a mop. That he just cleaned floor with........... Idk,maybe some other locations are doing a great job, but I won't trust subway to prepare something for me ever again. I just wished Subway head office would send in a private ?customer ?, so they will understand exactly whats going on. The subs... that are advertised are not the same subs one is paying for. Your lucky if the lettuce is on the full sub and not just in themiddle! The subs are skinny very skinny in real life! Lol omg Nothing like the pictures thats for sure. Subway shouldn?t justfranchise to anyone. :( Read more
