Ordered online using the app to be picked-up at 9:30pm. Google house and the app hours both state the store is open until... 10pm. Went to pickup my order to find the doors already locked, the employee came and said they closed the counter at 9pm. I didnot receive my order. Upon requesting for a refund, I was told I could return the following morning to pick up my order. Irefused and requested a refund. The employee did not assist. Other customers also came to the store to pickup there orders andwere turned away. If this is common practice, change your store hours or availability. Will now most likely need to do a creditcard charge back for an incomplete order that the employee working did not finish, and did not refund me for. Will not bereturning to this location until measures are taken so this does not happen again. Read more
First off the server was very friendly and nice, that was the only positive. There was only white or brown bread, no pepper, as... well as other ingredients missing. When i got home the bread was dried out to the point of being crunchy on the outside.keep inmind i don't get my subs toasted. Read more

I ALWAYS love a Subway. My favorite is the cold cut trio. They have so many other great sandwiches. The facility on provencher... was very accommodating. I had purchased 3 dozen cookies. The employee suggested that if I knew I wanted cookies in the future,that I could call a few hours ahead and they would have them fresh. Breakfast sandwich is very tasty and great value.
