Went here and place my order. Got home and looked at my receipt and the girl who checked me out added a tip for herself without... my knowledge (I used tap) Place wasn't busy, I was the only person and my order wasn't complicated. Is there any zero in the choices??? Firstly, the two ladies don?t have a good customer service! They are not happy with their... job I guess. Second, she?s lazy to give my change. Just walked in to order a sub. Only 2 employees with one on the line. Did not change her gloves, almost forgot half my meat... while putting it unevenly on one half. She continued to keep going over to the till without changing her gloves and was rude tomy daughter when she was unsure what to order. Had to just walk out. Probably the worst subway I've ever been to. Service was horrendous to say the least. They're probably not paying their worker... enough because the person making a sandwich seems like she couldn't care less about the customer or the product they serve. Read more
Very disappointing experience on our last order, we ordered two subs both with no salt extra pepper, instead got extra salt and... pepper, the salt ruined both subs, which is okay, honest mistake, the disappointed came with how the manager handled the issue,instead of reimbursement of two subs (what we paid for) he orginally told his employee to offer us a 6 inch for compensation,which is insulting considering we paid for two subs. The employee agreed to reimburse us out of pocket, which I told him, heshouldn't have to do but the manager is super cheap. It was agreed on that come in the next day and get credit for the two subs.However when I came in they went back on thier word, tried to only reimburse me for only one sub, told me I got one sub for freewhich is absolutely not true, I had to buy an over priced drink and the first sub to get the 2nd one at discount price but forsure was not free. After arguing with the manager he finally agreed to reimburse the money spent which technically we could justof reordered and got two more subs plus a drink when all I asked for was a fair deal of two subs. Visited here for a lunch takeout. Have been to this location in the past, however not that recently. It was a great experience.... They had just brought put fresh bread and fresh Tuna (since it was a Tuna sub I ordered). The restaurant was clean, with an laidback atmosphere. Have been going to this store for years! Friendly staff, management, plenty parking spots, fresh selection of food. It can be... hectic working in fast food setting and dealing with some customers trying to get free stuff and accommodate overwhelmingrequests. Overall clean, accurate and good food and service.
