Got to Subway at 7:50 pm and thought I had an hour to get something but as soon as I pulled up the Open sign turned off and the... person sweeping the floor left for the back. If the hours have changed then let me know. Read more

Ordered a pizza sub and expected to get it the way it is pictured.. the new one with all the cheesy goodness on top.. well... anyways, the employee told me I could not have it as pictured because I asked for herb and garlic bread. They made it very clearthat I could get it on a ciabatta bun... unfortunately I will not return to this location. The staff would not accommodate me,nor did they mention I could only get it a certain way if I wanted it as pictured at the time I first asked for it. Youremployees need to realize that the answer is always YES if you are capable of doing it. My bread selection should not have madea difference. Read more

I was not very happy with the service. There was water on the floor near the Pepsi fountain. No one bothered to clean and had no... caution sign too. People could have slipped and injured their back. One of the staff was on break and just watching her phone.She could have sorted it out and then taken a break. The team should go for a customer service session. A brand can only helpyou by 30% the rest is customer service and quality. Read more
