We haven't eaten at Subway in years before this. Newly renovated and very clean inside. Nice selection of subs. The staff... consisted of one lady as it was later in the evening. She was very professional and easy to talk to. I gave her performance aperfect score. The bun was a little tougher than we wanted, but all the veggies were fresh and delicious. We will definitelycome back to this Subway. Read more
I always order using the app my husband just has to run in and grab it. Even though we dont stand there and watch them make it... they do not skimp on any ingredients unless u ask them. Read more

This was my first and last time I?ll be coming to this location. The girl that served me was rude when I corrected her on her... math skill when it came to giving me the correct change. My total for my 2 meals came up to $26.35, I gave her $41.35 in cashexpecting to get $15 back as I didn?t want the change. She couldn?t figure it out so I kindly was explaining to her what I needto get back and she couldn?t figure it out so I told her just give me the $1 back and give me $14 then. She then proceeds togive me $10.80 and I told her she owes me $4.20 cause that not right and then she says ?we?ll you owe tax? and shows me thebill. I say ?oh that?s weird that the machine doesn?t show you the total on the machine when you pay cause then that?s notright? and she rolled her eyes so I took my change and grabbed my food and I said ?well thank you, have a nice day? and shesnarky said to me ?byyyyye!? and walks away. That is NOT good customer service when you act rude to the customer when theyweren?t even blaming you in the first place. Do better Subway. Read more

Walked in and greeted very nicely. I?m just amazed at the service. Guy was patient and salad was dressed as neatly as you could... ask for and the lady at the cash was nice too. Way to go Read more

They were understaffed. Only 2 working and not enough to clean up or prep anything. They were even talking about having to call... their boss and say there isn't time to finish everything. You can't expect a couple high school students to stay incredibly latebecause of scheduling issues. It didn't help that the one making sandwiches was very slow and making and wrapping one at atime. Or preferred subway was undergoing Renovations and we went to this one instead. I think we'll keep going to our otherone. Read more

I work next to this location and have been coming to this subway for over a year now. I always had a great experience until... today (Oct 15 at 5:30 pm). When the female employee was making my sub I asked for tomatoes and I got a slice of a tomato with asmall seed that I could see with my own eyes in my sandwich. I politely asked her to simply remove the seed and she had to arguewith me and tell me it's a core and not a seed. Look - I don't come to subway for an education lesson... I come here to get mysandwich made properly the way I like it and that's what I pay you for. I don't come here for attitude or to have an employeeargue with me. On-top of that she denied giving me attitude and I asked her if she was the manager to which she replied no and Imentioned she should watch her attitude around customers and she basically told me to phone in and complain about her. I work incustomer service and if I talked to my customers like this I wouldn't have a job in customer service. Won't be back and will bephoning the manager.
