The food is great & the lady that was there by herself serving everybody did a great job.......but the wait was terrible... ......about 20 min.3 groups of people left the line I was in. When I got there there was 1 couple in front of me & the lady wasworking on a skip the dish order. Unfortunately this has happened here before If it continues......sad to say I won't be goingback. Unacceptable. Mobile ordered, asked for extra and they give me a piece of bread, with 1 jalapeño and 4 pieces of meat. Next... time you're going to wear the sub if it's inadequate, be lucky it's over my balcony and crow food now. If I could give you a 0I would! And no, I'm not driving back there. This has got to be the most disappointing subway I have ever been to. The staff seemed mad to be working and showed their... displeasure through their facial expressions and voices. I don't think I have ever seen someone slap the topping on the breadwith such utter disregard for the proportion of meat and veggies spread across the sandwich. They took no pride in the qualityof the sandwich they were making. Sadly that wasn't even the worst. The lady touched tablet screens with the gloves and didn'teven change them before retouching my sandwich. The place looked fairly grimmy. The windows over the food were disgusting andthe veggies looked spoiled. I am so disappointed with this experience. It would have been better if the sandwich tasted good.How this place has not been shut down for health violations I am surprised because I ended up throwing out my sub after a fewbites because it tasted rotten. Had a spurn of the moment luncheon out of town and needed a quick meal. Stopped in at this Subway on Henderson Highway (by the... strip mall that has a TD bank as a landmark) and went in and asked for some advice on what to order and how quickly they couldput it together. The young man there was amazing with suggestions and he and his co worker made 4 foot long subs (cut into four)in record time. The subs were a hit and delicious too. Had the oven roasted chicken. Chicken was moist and the bread toasted to perfection. Yummy!
