Walked up the counter (I'm the only customer) and the only person at the counter was wiping the counter so I courteously waited... for her to ask for my order, you know - let her get ready for me - but no acknowledgment of my presence, so then she started towalk away so I had to ask her if she was ready for my order. So then, while ordering, I was trying to be friendly and not evenany smile or acknowledgment from her. I felt like she didn't want me there. It wasn't until I was paying and I asked her name"Kaur" and how to spell it that she changed and decided to smile and say Have a Nice Day. If you want friendly service, asktheir names up front and maybe you'll have better luck. Read more
Awful service the girl made our subs sloppy and didn’t even care about anything we had to say, she should be fired
Been going here for many years. Used to be decent and the employees ‘cared’ about what they do. There is a lack of that now.... I feel bad about this bc there is ONE lady (just one) that makes a great sub. The rest seem to think if the ingredients make iton the bread, that’s good enough. This is a management error now as well. Train the employees to respect the meals and/or holdthem accountable for what they do (this isn’t happening). Order was February 24th around 7:30pm. Absolutely horrible this is one of the worst subways I have ever been too. They don't care how they prepare your food rite in... front of your face, vegetables are always rotten and the insist on putting them on your sandwich unless you tell them no get mefresh stuff that stuff is rotten. If you do that then you get attitude. Worst subway around. Read more
Don’t go here •asked for light sauce, ended up giving me a ton of sauce •the girl that works there always has an... attitude •they put rotting peppers on my sub •the Swiss cheese was literally hard and crusty •cucumbers where dry, spinach& banana peppers were shrivelled up. Went here around 9:35 once and they had the door locked so I gave them a call and theysaid they now close earlier…? The website says 10:00. Gave this place many chances and they’ve been disappointing everytime. Had their customer service skills been even the slightest bit better- I probably would consider continue going to thislocation but every time it seems to get even worse. Read more
If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely do not go to this location. They don't know or care about how they prepare your... food. If I ever see another sandwich get squished into a ball I will walk out of that location as well. Customer service islacking and care of presentation of food is not a topic they care about. Read more
