Fast at orders. Drinks are good but I'm not really into the paper straws because they get soggy very quickly.
I?ve worked at the Outlet Collection for 2 years now, and have been coming regularly to grab coffee before work, and sometimes... even just on my days off. The staff who work here are incredible. They are always so upbeat and positive, even in a fast-pacedwork environment. The manager & assistant manager are very close and dear to me, I get so excited to see them and ask how theirmornings/weekends have been - and since I?ve been on maternity leave and visit the occasional week day, my service from them isstill 100%! Very long wait. This is not impressive. They where out of hot chocolate. Then we paid for a brownie and cake pops. They had no... brownies and spent 10 mins waiting for them to find something that was not sold out. They offered a grilled cheese and weaccepted. However not great. Everything is sold out. Read more
