I am never eating here again. Depending on who is taking your order you end up with half or less then you ordered. I did have... better service last time. If you see a tall 6ft brown guy working the till go to another Starbucks. His English is fine justhis listening skills aren?t. I gave him a chance to fix it and he blamed me instead of apologizing and stating that he couldn?thear me. I clarified twice that I want two venti chai lattes made with almond milk. I got smaller sizes. Thankfully the girl atthe end was nice to re- make my drink order correctly. I hope tip goes to her. But the chocolate croissant I got I ordered was aregular one. The guy working the till messed that up too. He can grab the right muffin though. Lol. The guy was going to tryto fix it but since he Mixed up my drink sizes already he and he blamed me for it I just said to him this. ?I don?t want youto mess up another thing. For future reference, clarify the order with the customer before they pay and you make the order ? Ijust stuck with the croissant he gave me originally. I didn?t want to deal with him anymore. I gave this Starbucks two starsbecause the girl re-making my drinks was awesome. She confirmed for me that my coffees for my are made with almond milk. I havedairy issues and that would have made me sick if I drank regular milk. The other person I ordered for also can?t cows milk forthe same reason. Also, I have had one other good experience here. The staff at that time took a while due to them being busyand they apologized about wait when they didn?t need to. My order was great as well. I know they were busy. So I?m not hating onthe rest of the staff. The really need to train that guy who took my order today on his customer service skills. Even though Ihave had a good experience before in the past, I will just walk a few extra minutes to another Starbucks. Great coffee, good food as always but this is the first time I was told that they charge for pup cups! Never in my life have I... ever paid for pup cup, we always buy Starbucks and our dog gets pupcup as a treat. Read more
