Great place to go off you want lots of foam and little drink. I ordered my Grande drink with "light foam" and still got 50% of... what I paid for. I will not go there again. Read more

It was okay- they weren?t quite understanding that I was vegan and gave me butter and then dairy milk in my coconut milk matcha... tea latte. They fixed it, but realized after it was made and almost have to me which was super weird. That?s nice butfrustrating as I avoid dairy for humane reasons and they added milk wastefully anyways. Absolutely terrible! There is a woman who works there that never makes you the drink that you ask for and is very rude to... customers. I have never met a Starbucks employee who is as awful as she is. If she doesn't like her job then perhaps she shouldquit. Avoid this location if you can. Read more

Very bad experience at this Starbucks today. The last 2 weeks I ve been to this restaurant taking my breakfast every morning... there since I am a guest at the Hotel. After sitting for around 20 minutes for a talk with friends we have security from theHotel approaching us and saying we couldn?t stay there if we were not asking anything. We left this business and asked to talkto the security to know who instructed him to talk to us and he mention was the supervisor. So we asked to talked to thesupervisor. He confirm he asked the security guard to talk to us. When questioned why he did that , he mentioned he was following Star Bucks policy. We explained him we have been eating everyday at the restaurant for the last 2 weeks and asked himhow he would fill if he was the customer. He said he would follow the policy. This restaurant was EMPTY and no one need thistable. We were just 4 sitting and still a lot of empty chairs. We felt really really bad. This is a total disrespect withcustomers and it?s not acceptable at all. This goes totally against what Starbucks states about inclusiveness and I believethis supervisor missed the class Starbucks provided about inclusiveness. Hope Starbucks takes measures about it.
