I bought a hazelnut blonde latte and a caramel latte, on the Starbucks pick up, they both tasted very burnt, so I took them back... and asked politely if they could make me 2 new fresh drinks they were rude to me when I asked but they still made 2 new drinks,but still the 2 new drinks they gave me were burnt still? thanks so much. I love ordering ahead when I'm at this location. As a loyal Starbucks patron, it's nice that they have one in the mall,... especially when I can skip ordering in person and pick my drink up when it's ready instead. Great spot if you're wanting toavoid the scorching heat during the summer or keep warm in the cold months. I stoped at this franchise on Sunday April 24/2022. The coffee was good ???? The service was good ???? The store was clean... ???? I wasn?t impressed when the barista put a lid on my coffee without plastic gloves. Then I asked for a stir stick to stir upmy caramel macchiato, he grab one without gloves and handed it to me . I just arrived from Brazil and the Starbucks in SãoPaulo are more aware of Covid. They have the kids and stir sticks behind the counter. Then pass you thongs to pick up a lid andstir stick. Read more
