Stood in line for 30 minutes just to be told at the till that they had no plant based milk options left even though it mentioned... it NOWHERE! You charge ridiculous prices for these options and then don?t have them? Great customer service Read more

Terrible service. No white chocolate mocca, no chai tea latte. I ended up ordering Cappuccino...it's was 80% just froth. Asked... for a glass of water after I had paid. They denied because they charge for the cup. No sugar, stirrer on the counter..you haveto ask for it. Nothing compared to Starbucks standards. Never ordering from here again. Read more

As a regular customer to Starbucks, this is the worst location I went to. Girl at the register was really rude when I asked her... for a cup of water with a food item I ordered. When asked for straw, she literally threw that off the counter expecting me tocatch it. Really upset with the service. Read more

I have never had a bad experience at Starbucks. We arrived there a little while before closing. The lady taking the order was... great, very friendly, but her partner had a ridiculous attitude. I asked at the end ?can we add half a shot of sugar freevanilla syrup? and she responded as if I?d just kicked her dog. She started going on about how that would be a different drinkand how it already had brown sugar in it? Okay, my wife just wanted ?half a shot of sugar free vanilla syrup added?. I have noidea what she did in the end, she gave me two drinks and moaned at me that I should ask when I order next time. If I ran thisfranchise, I?d be concerned. I can?t believe I?m writing a bad review about a coffee shop. Read more

I ordered a green tea, and was given a green tea latte so we wnet back to ask for the correct drink. The barista we originally... ordered from argued with us about what we ordered and had a very bad attitude. We ended up waiting 20 minutes just for a greentea. :( Read more

What about the people that fly after 2pm. Very clearly not about serving all customers.... But about how long you're willing to... pay an employee. I'm a faithful regular Starbucks supporter!!! Very disappointed!! Read more

This Starbucks experience started out with great service. My teeth are very sensitive so I always ask for the least amount of... ice needed to cool down a drink; in this case the new dragon fruit lemonade. The gal who took our order was friendly andverified our order was correct, including the light ice. She even wrote "lt ice" on the cup. My partner's food was made finebut my lemonade had more ice than drink in it. So, I asked the gal (different than who took our order) to remove some of theice. She was not impressed. She removed about half a cup of ice and half of the dragon fruit pieces. She filled the rest up withlemonade and gave it back to me. I apologized and thanked her explaining my tooth sensitivity issue, she just turned and walkedaway. Now I have a drink that is half ice and half drink with very few dragon fruit pieces...not much of an improvement. Mypartner's cappuccino ended up being half foam and not much drink. So that's disappointing too. Ironically, they have a signthat says customers will receive top quality service and are guaranteed that our orders will be made correct the 1st time.
