Whenever I'm sick I get soup here. The broth is full of flavour. Unfortunately I usually can't taste much else as when I'm sick... my sinuses are blocked. Reasonably priced for Osborne village. Also even though I haven't actually eaten here when I'm not sick,for the last 10 years, it's the Village! Every restaurant here is good! Worst wontons I've eaten in 40 years of loving Chinese food. However the broth was delicious. Also ordered beef and broccoli.... The beef was chewy to the point of inedible. This was a Skipthedishes order, not in-house. Read more
The staff politely took my little walk-in take-out order on a busy New Year's Eve, and it was ready in 5 minutes. The food... itself was also 5 stars. My only regret is not trying this place sooner, so, here's to a new year and a house full of spicynoodles. Cheers! Read more
I asked for a vegetarian soup and the server made a suggestion for the vegetable soup with the addition of spicy peanut flavor.... It was okay. A decent broth, but felt like hot water with powder mixed in. The vegetables were lacking the good Asian veggiesyou think you'd get.. my partner got the eggfoo young and was not impressed at all. The service was okay too. Food came outfast, and our waters were never empty. But due to the lack of flavor we probably won't come back unless I was stuck in the areaand really craving "Asian" food. So went there once as review is pretty okay. Basically this was what we?ve got: the so-called Chinese spicy noodle (???) and... spicy chicken (???), in weird peanut sauce. Tasted really bad. Worst Chinese restaurant experience in town, ever. Read more
Large menu. All sorts of choices. Soups, noodle soups, other dishes which would be best to order a variety and share. Friendly... service. Was very quick with the food. Read more
